The tune name is "Bicentennial," and its copyright is 1977, so I'm guessing this was written for the USA bicentennial. (Or maybe some church/synod in Philadelphia that was founded around the same time?)

The time signature shifts pretty unobtrusively between 3/4 and 4/4. "Gratitude"/"food" is a striking rhyme, you have to shift a lot of stress to the last syllable "tude" to get it to land.
