Oct. 28th, 2020 10:46 pmThe music composer is Paul Manz, who's also written many choir anthems and organ arrangements. I have some common acquaintances with him, so I wound up transcribing some of his handwritten compositions onto computer software years ago!
Textwise, it's by Jaroslav Vajda, and is a little reminiscent of his "God of the Sparrow" (although this one has punctuation). Several lines of linked images, from the Christmas angels to the risen Christ appearing to Thomas and to us in bread and wine, followed by the rhetorical question motif: "Who could but __ Immanuel!"
