This one is most interesting in the context of the following hymn, but for now I'll just note that it's a brief Argentine adaptation of the song of praise during the Communion liturgy. "my heart knows to say to you" is translated as "My heart is glad to say the words," which, I guess a glad heart is a slightly more common anthropomorphism than a knowledgeable heart.
