#780: Shepherd Me, O God

I know I say "my choir sang an anthem version of this" a lot, but in this case it's a very similar arrangement--different harmonies/solo/unison versions for the verses and everyone for the refrain. The hymn version simplifies it to unison, "verses are 'leader or all', refrain is everyone." It's also another entry for the Psalm 23 mini-collection, and another by the prolific Marty Haugen. (The anthem notes were like "yeah, I didn't want to change the text up for the sake of being a hippie, just to do something a little different and put my own spin on it, hopefully it's not too weird." Points for honesty.)
