#276: Infant Holy, Infant Lowly
Feb. 11th, 2020 10:17 pmLots of feminine rhymes, starting with the titular one (which is not a masculine one in disguise) and moving on to many others which mostly are. The verb "low" means "moo" in context, and pretty much only survives in Christmas carols (we'll see another usage next time we get back to Christmas!). I have, in fact, written a logic-themed parody, mostly relying on the fact that this talks about Christ being "Lord of all" and there's a logic symbol (upside-down A) which means "for all." That was around the time I wrapped up the math parody series, heh.
The tune name is Polish, so we get the wonderful diacritics of "W Żłobie Leży." One for the copy-and-paste.
