So right after I point out the rarity of having different verses be to different tunes, here comes another song that does the same thing...sort of. This seems to be a modern praise song and I would say the overall chord progression/general melody pattern is the same for all three. But the rhythms/syllable count are sufficiently different that it doesn't make sense to stack the verses underneath each other, even with ...s. So instead they get written one after another, each with a slightly separate rhythm. The refrain (which is harmonized) is for "all;" the verses (melody only) are "leader or all."
