languish/anguish is a nice feminine rhyme, it shows up in other texts about suffering.

"mercyseat" is one of those weird jargony words, it's more often spelled with a space, I guess. Apparently it refers to the Ark of the Covenant in the Old Testament, but it's kind of wandered away to refer to wherever Jesus sits down (so, his throne, I guess?)

On the other hand, I can't really tell what the opening lines in verse two are actually...pointing to. The active clause is "here speaks the Comforter." So is all of the joy/light/hope stuff referring to Jesus? Or to the place where Jesus is? And also, "fadeless" is a weird word--I would expect "unfading" to be the adjective that comes from that verb, -less on a verb sounds weird in general. (But "tireless" is okay. Hmm.)
